In 1983, I started Chili Willi’s in a tiny 32-seat diner with nothing more than the idea to serve the most authentic, freshest and most delicious Mexican food this area had ever tasted.
Today, though our menu has expanded and our food has evolved, we still hold true to those same standards. Quality food using the most authentic ingredients; outstanding service from our superior staff; all in a casual, cantina atmosphere that celebrates great fun! After 25 years we still do many of the same dishes we had at that little “joint” that so many people still talk about.
Today we continue to strive to make the same memorable food as when we started with 32 seats and the idea of producing the best Tex-Mex food known to this area.
